Kevin was born and raised in Penticton in a simple, blue collar home. After completing his Bachelor and Masters degrees, he spent 8 years residing in Prince Rupert before moving back to Penticton in 2011. He and his wife raised their children here, watching them grow up in the schools, parks, and neighbourhoods that make this city special. He's spent the majority of his career here in Penticton, and seen firsthand both the opportunities and the challenges that come with living in one of BC's most beautiful — and fastest-changing — communities.

Community first

Kevin has spent years volunteering in Penticton — everything from Ironman back in the 1990s, to supporting school fundraisers, to playing an active role in the Princess Margaret Comfort Centre after the recent forest fire tragedy that displaced thousands of Summerland residents. Kevin believes that strong communities are built by people who simply commit to showing up, willing to bring their talents to the table. That same spirit drives his campaign. Kevin isn't running to advance a political agenda — he's running because he cares about this city and wants to make sure the decisions made at City Hall reflect the values and priorities of the people who live here.

Why City Council

Kevin has watched Penticton grow and change, and he's seen how the right decisions — and the wrong ones — can shape a community for years to come. He believes Penticton's best days are ahead, but getting there requires thoughtful, experienced leadership that does not waver under pressure. He's running for City Council to bring a steady, practical voice to the table — someone who will do the homework, listen to residents, and make impartial decisions based on what's best for the whole community.
